About this adventure
Downtown Oklahoma City's outdoor ice rink opens for the 2026-27 season at Myriad Botanical Gardens, part of Downtown OKC's Downtown in December. Skaters of all ages and skill levels can take a spin on real ice. Regular hours are Monday-Thursday 3-9 p.m., Friday 3-11 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., with longer school-break hours: Nov. 23-25 and Dec. 21-23 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Thanksgiving Day 3-9 p.m., Christmas Eve 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Christmas Day 3-11 p.m., Dec. 28-Jan. 2 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and MLK Jr. Day 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Admission is $16 with skates or $11 with your own skates; a penguin skate assistant rents for $10 an hour. The opening date depends on the weather.
