About this adventure
Ahead of Veterans Day, the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum honors the armed forces with free admission for active military and veterans. The USO is on site so visitors, children included, can write cards to deployed troops, and the museum hosts a swearing-in ceremony for new military recruits. The Grandee Gallery features the exhibition Honoring the Military: Stories from the Western Frontier.
