About this adventure
A guided art morning for children ages 2 through 4 with their grown-ups, held on the fourth Saturday of the month. This session explores the bold lines and vibrant patterns of Gene Davis's Cool Staccato. Families settle in with toys in the studio classrooms (and coffee for adults) at 9, head out on a gallery adventure with a story and themed toys at 9:15, then return to the classroom at 9:30, where children make their own Gene Davis-inspired paintings on canvas panels using painters' tape and their favorite colors. Advance registration is required, one spot per child; each registration includes admission for two accompanying adults.
