About this adventure

The Halloween-afternoon matinee of The Best Halloween Ever at Orlando Family Stage includes live audio description, which the theater provides at select performances for patrons who are blind or have low vision. In the one-hour play, the mayor cancels trick-or-treating after another chaotic Halloween and everyone blames the Herdmans, the worst kids in town; as clues appear before the school's replacement party, the children of Woodrow Wilson Elementary learn to look past reputations and make room for kids who feel left out. The show is best suited for kindergarten to fifth grade and their families, and the theater notes it has frightening scenes. The same 2:00 pm performance is the run's Halloween Costume Parade show. The theater also lists assisted listening devices, wheelchair-accessible and companion seating, earmuffs and quiet spaces, and asks families with specific needs to contact the box office in advance.
