About this adventure

Teens can make a winter-themed felt decoration or small plush at this Saturday afternoon sewing workshop at Seminole County's West Branch library in Longwood. The session teaches two basic hand stitches, then participants personalize their piece with fleece, felt, buttons and other trims, so no sewing experience is needed and finished projects make easy handmade gifts. The workshop is for ages 13 and up only, lasts 90 minutes in the branch meeting room, and all supplies are provided. There is no fee and no registration — teens can simply drop in at the start time.
