The Moorestown Lions Club runs its 65th annual Holiday Parade down Main Street on the first Saturday of December, one of the longest-running holiday parades in Burlington County. The route follows Main Street between Union Street and Chester Avenue through the township's downtown, so families can line up along the sidewalks of the shopping district and make a late morning of it with the cafes nearby. The parade is free to watch and suits all ages; arrive early for a curbside spot with small children. The township calendar lists the event from 11:30 am to 2 pm.
