Organizer
Kierland Commons

Santa sets up at Center Plaza in Kierland Commons, the outdoor shopping village on Scottsdale Road, from Friday, November 20 through Christmas Eve. Visiting Santa is free, and photo packages are sold for families who want professional pictures. You can book a time slot online to skip the line, which also brings a free personalized video message from Santa before the visit. Early in the season Santa keeps weekday hours of 2 to 7 pm and longer weekend hours; in the last week before Christmas he starts at 9 or 10 am and stays until 7 or 8 pm, with a 3–4 pm break on most days. The set is closed on Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve hours are 9 am to 6 pm. Two special sessions serve families who need something different: Pet Nights on the Mondays of November 30, December 7 and December 14, from 4 to 7 pm, and a Sensory Santa morning on Sunday, December 6, from 9 to 10 am.
