The sixth annual Giraffe Jam Family Fun Run at Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park is a family-friendly charity run held on a Saturday morning in late October, with 100% of proceeds going to Save Giraffes Now for conservation work protecting giraffes in the wild. It is a good first race for children who like animals, and families can make a day of it at the zoo afterwards (regular admission applies to the zoo itself). Registration is through the race's Race Roster page linked from the zoo's events page, which carries the distance options, start time and fees; the zoo page itself lists only the date.
Register on the official site ↗Published details checked online. Contact responsiveness and live booking availability have not been confirmed.
