About this adventure

The State Theatre Center for the Arts in Uniontown screens Beauty and the Beast in its film series, which the theatre describes as classic films and family-friendly favorites for every generation, including sharing a movie with children. The page's own synopsis is the fairy tale of a young woman held in an enchanted castle who comes to see the beast's kind heart and breaks a curse. The series page places this title under the heading 2026-2027 Film Series, with one afternoon show sold at the door. Two prices are printed. There is no reserved-seat link on the film listing, unlike the touring shows on the theatre's events page. The historic movie palace is on East Main Street in downtown Uniontown. Families buy tickets at the door rather than through the ShoWare calendar used for the theatre's concerts. The page does not print a running time, a rating, or an age minimum for this screening. The Nutcracker Ballet later in December at this theatre is a separate, already listed production and is not part of this film record.
