The museum opens Monday to Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on select Wednesdays during the school year and on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and others). The neighboring MuseumLab building (open Saturday and Sunday noon to 5:00 pm) has free admission and currently hosts Putt-a-palooza, an art-inspired nine-hole mini golf course. A Big Red Room Cafe sells grab-and-go food, and families may bring their own lunch to eat in the cafe.
