What was checked & what still needs confirmation
pittsburghpa.gov returns 403 to curl; page text read in the built-in browser (get_page_text). Cost not stated (public street festival). The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership's own Light Up Night site still shows only 2025 content, so the wider downtown Light Up Night program was not recorded.
