About this adventure
Chehalem Valley Vaudeville puts on a holiday edition of its variety show in the LaJoie Theatre at the Chehalem Cultural Center in downtown Newberg. The organizers bill it as a hilarious, family-friendly evening in which the acts might include magic, juggling, comedy skits and singing — a quick-changing format that holds children's attention better than a single long play. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; ticket holders should arrive by 6:50 p.m. to claim seats, because at 6:55 any open seats go to people on the waitlist. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for youth and $5 for anyone with an Oregon Trail Card through the center's Arts for All program, sold through the center's box office.
