Month-long Halloween festival in downtown St. Helens, a tribute to the Disney movie Halloweentown filmed in the town. Weekends feature the Great Pumpkin Lighting, a kid-friendly Haunted House (no live monsters), Boo Bash Pavilion, Harvest Games Zone (hay maze, pumpkin bowling), filming-location trolley tour, stage performers, a daily costume contest and roaming entertainers. Celebrity photo-ops, parking, Haunted Harbor jetboat cruises and Swan House (Twilight) tours are sold as add-ons. It is free to walk the town, street vendors and plaza square; the festival pass covers the ticketed attractions.
