About this adventure

A free wildlife sanctuary a few minutes from downtown Attleboro. About 1.5 miles of wooded trails and boardwalk wind through a red maple swamp, upland forest and freshwater marsh and around a lake. There is a nature play area for children, a universally accessible nature center and museum where homeschool and family programs meet the center's animal ambassadors, accessible restrooms, picnic tables and parking. Foot travel only on the trails; dogs, horses, collecting and feeding wildlife are not allowed (service animals welcome). GATRA Route 15 stops on request.
