About this adventure

Raleigh Little Theatre's Cinderella is one of the Triangle's longest-running family holiday traditions, returning in 2026 for its 42nd year in the Cantey V. Sutton Theatre. The musical comedy retells Charles Perrault's fairy tale with music, laughs and a sparkle of magic, elegant costumes and scenery, scheming step-relatives, royals, a resourceful Fairy Godmother and Ella herself, in a version with lyrics by Jim Eiler and music by Jim Eiler and Jeanne Bargy. At about 90 minutes with no intermission it is pitched for kids of all ages, and weekend matinees, including Sunday 11:30 am shows, make it easy to fit around naps. Seating is reserved. RLT also offers an audio-described performance on Sunday, December 13 at 3 pm and a separate sensory-friendly performance on Saturday, December 19 at 2 pm. All performances are wheelchair accessible with assistive listening devices, and ASL interpretation can be requested at least two weeks before opening.
