About this adventure
Elementary-age kids 'travel the globe' at East Regional Library in Knightdale, learning about fall celebrations in different countries and then designing their own festive placemat for the Thanksgiving table. The free 45-minute after-school program is part of the K-5th Adventures series and is offered on two afternoons the week before Thanksgiving. Children take their placemat home, ready for the holiday meal.
