About this adventure
Harris Lake County Park marks Friday the 13th with spooky wagon rides down the park's back roads. The 3 pm Creepy Critters Scavenger Hunt ride is pitched at ages 2–6 with their adults: riders pass creepy critters, mysterious monsters and other spooky surprises and hear about the legends of Harris Lake. Separate later rides the same day — Lurking Legends of Harris Lake and Fearsome Figures of the Lake (ages 14+) — are listed for older audiences. Every rider, child and adult, must register because wagon seats are limited. Meet at the wagon near the playground; dress for the weather and bring water. Free, 45 minutes.
