About this adventure
Green Road Community Library in northeast Raleigh hosts a Halloween party for elementary-school kids in its K-5th Adventures series. Children rotate through a variety of Halloween-themed crafts and activities over an hour after school, and costumes are welcome. It is free, needs no registration listed, and suits kindergarten to 5th-grade children; younger siblings may tag along with a parent. It is a low-key, close-to-home alternative to bigger Halloween events.
