About this adventure
Raleigh's Thanksgiving-morning run through Dorothea Dix Park, in its 10th year raising money for Healing Transitions. A kids' race starts at 8:45 am, followed by the 5K at 9 am, then an afterparty at Trophy Brewing. Strollers are welcome — there is even a stroller division with prizes — and families are encouraged to run or walk together. Expect a very large crowd: carpool, use street parking near Trophy Maywood, and note that cars parked inside Dix Park cannot leave until racers finish around 10:15 am. Register through the nOG Run Club race site.
