About this adventure

Redlands' Thanksgiving Day race starts at the corner of University Street and Brockton Avenue, near the University of Redlands' Ted Runner Stadium, and winds through the streets in and around the university. Children 12 and under run first, in the Kids 1K at 7:30 a.m.; the 5K follows at 8:00 a.m., so a family can do both races on the same morning. The 5K has two entry options, a lower fee for runners who bring a canned-food donation and a higher fee for those who do not, and the prices on the registration page already include add-ons and processing fees. Anyone who registers on or after Wednesday, November 25 is not guaranteed a T-shirt. All proceeds go to charities, including Phoenix Hope International and the Redlands Educational Partnership Foundation, which makes the race a simple way to fold some giving into a family Thanksgiving tradition.
