About this adventure

The 12th annual San Bernardino Turkey Trot runs on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 21, 2026, on courses around the Cal State San Bernardino campus. Families can enter the chip-timed 10K or 5K run/walk, and children have their own Kids 1K at 9:30 a.m., after the adult starts at 8:00 and 8:15 a.m. The 5K and 10K include a custom die-cast finisher medal and a shirt in adult unisex or youth sizes, though anyone registering after November 10 is not guaranteed a shirt. A finish-line festival with a costume contest, music, food and freebies is planned for adults and kids of all ages, and groups of eight or more can ask the organizers about team discounts and team awards. Packet pick-up is planned for the day before, and late registration opens on race morning at 7:00 a.m.; organizers expect heavy traffic, so carpooling and arriving early are recommended. Part of the net proceeds supports the Alexander Foundation and Exonerated Nation.
