Cirque Mechanics brings its touring show Tilt! A Circus Thrill Ride to Jackson Hall at UC Davis's Mondavi Center for one Sunday matinee, October 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The production is a theatrical circus set in a 1980s American amusement park: a giant Ferris wheel sits at the center of the stage, surrounded by mechanical creations that reimagine the classic rides and midway games of the era. Performers fill it with acrobatics, aerial feats and juggling. The Mondavi Center lists the show among its presentations and its season includes a Family Friendly genre filter; the afternoon start time makes it a practical outing with school-age children, and the machine-built set tends to fascinate kids who like how things work. Tickets are sold through the Mondavi Center ticket office and website (prices are shown only in the seat-selection system), and program notes are posted on the center's site before the performance. The Mondavi Center ticket office can be reached at (530) 754-2787.
