Sunrise Recreation and Park District holds its third annual tree lighting at Rusch Community Park in Citrus Heights. Families can write and send letters to the North Pole, join festive activities, sip hot cocoa and watch the holiday tree light up; Santa visits for photos. The district is also collecting new toys for the NICU and PICU at a local hospital, so bring an unwrapped toy if you can. Start time has not been published.
