About this adventure
Placer Community Theater, Auburn's all-volunteer community theater, stages Ken Ludwig's family comedy 'Twas the Night Before Christmas at the General Gomez Art Center on Lincoln Way. Santa missed a house last Christmas, and on Christmas Eve a spirited young girl, a determined mouse and an elf set off on a lively journey to the North Pole to solve the mystery and make sure Santa arrives on time. The theater bills it as a fast-paced, family-friendly comedy full of imagination and physical humor, directed by Joshua Brown, and all ages are welcome. Ten performances run from December 4 to 20: 7 PM shows on Thursday and Friday evenings and 2 PM matinees on Saturdays and Sundays, which suit younger children. Tickets are sold online through the theater's Ticket Tailor page.
