About this adventure
A holiday afternoon for young families in downtown New Braunfels built around a big-screen showing of The Polar Express (rated G). Before the film, children can meet Santa and have a photo taken next door at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum from 2:00 to 3:15 p.m. ($5 per photo, benefiting the museum and the Brauntex ArtReach program). Doors to the theatre open at 2:30, and as in the movie, children receive golden tickets at the door, with surprises for some ticket holders. The screening begins at 3:30 p.m. in the restored 1940s Brauntex auditorium, and Popbelly's Popcorn is featured. Presented by Santa's Sleigh Christmas Shoppe. Pajamas fit the theme; book tickets online in advance, as sales are final.
