Downtown Encinitas businesses stay open late on Halloween for trick-or-treating along the 101 Coast Highway. Live music is planned at the Lumberyard Courtyard, kids' games are set up by the 101 Artists Colony, and Pacific View Arts Center offers free arts activities for families. Families can park for free in the Pacific View lot that evening. Presented by Lazy Acres Market.
