About this adventure
San Diego's original Thanksgiving Day turkey trot starts at the Cabrillo Bridge at 7:15 am and loops Balboa Park, with a festival in the Plaza de Panama from 8 to 10 am. Strollers and walkers are welcome in the untimed Fun Runner division; children 5 and under register free and ages 6–12 get a reduced rate. Proceeds fund Father Joe's Villages meal programs.
