Free pumpkin patch party at the County's Waterfront Park on San Diego Bay: kids pick a pumpkin to decorate and keep, with music, crafts and inflatables, food trucks, family photo spots and a costume contest (Funniest, Most Original, Family Costume). A Hawktober raptor workshop follows at 1 p.m. Parking is limited; public transit suggested.
