SFMOMA's Free Family Day on Sunday, October 25, 2026, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., offers free museum admission with RSVP for two adults accompanied by a child 18 or younger (children 18 and younger are always free). Museum-wide programming includes a welcome table with giveaway kits and storytime with the San Francisco Public Library (11 a.m. and 1 p.m.) on Floor 1; a book raffle, art making with SCRAP and a scavenger hunt with prizes on Floor 2; pop-music harp with Geo Harpistry (11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.) on Floor 3; family mindful yoga (10:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.) and a K-Pop dance party with Rumi (noon and 2 p.m.) on Floor 4; a Kim Whanki dot-painting activity on Floor 5; and a scavenger hunt in the exhibition RM x SFMOMA: Between You and Me on Floor 7, which carries a $12 surcharge for adults. Early RSVP is encouraged because the event may reach capacity.
