About this adventure

Gilroy Downtown Business Association sets one Saturday afternoon and evening on Monterey Road for a rain-or-shine family festival. From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. the schedule is live entertainment and activities, including Santa's Village, Grinchville, a Holiday Trail of Treats, and prizes and goodies. The Gilroy Holiday Parade steps off at 5:00 p.m., and the tree lighting is at 6:30 p.m. The longer festival page adds a petting zoo and photos with Chillroy during the Trail of Treats, plus Santa's Village at Keller Williams. Guests move among those pieces as one free event. Food-vendor booths were marked sold out on the festival page; that limit is for sellers, and the calendar listing still calls the public event free and in stock.
