About this adventure

On the first Saturday of each month, including December 5, 2026, San Juan Bautista State Historic Park fills with mountain men, Civil War soldiers and Victorian ladies in period dress. Visitors watch craft and cooking demonstrations, buy an old-fashioned soda in the Plaza Hotel Saloon, and see horse-drawn vehicles in the Plaza Stables and Victorian furnishings in the Plaza Hotel and Zanetta family home. It runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the park on Franklin Street, in San Benito County.
