About this adventure
The Granite Falls Library marks Wolfenoot, the wolf- and dog-themed holiday celebrated each Nov. 23, with an afternoon of canine-related crafts and activities. Wolfenoot is an unofficial holiday invented in 2018 by a seven-year-old in New Zealand whose main theme is kindness to wolves and dogs (other animals count too). Children can bring a photo or drawing of a pet, a favorite creature, a dream pet or a beloved stuffed animal to join the 'Granite Wolfenoot Pack'. Some of the crafts can be taken home as presents for pets. Only service animals are permitted in the library, so real pets stay home. Sno-Isle lists the event for kids and teens; registration is not shown as required.
