About this adventure
The South Tacoma Branch closes the window with the Fake Snow edition of Up and Atom STEAM Days. Children make their own moldable snow from baking soda, conditioner and other kitchen ingredients, then shape it into snowmen while learning about mixtures and moisture absorption. Tacoma Public Library runs a different STEAM activity each week in this series; this Friday-afternoon session is listed for Grades K-5 and 6-8 with no registration shown.
