The first Kirkwood Festival of Trees shows trees and wreaths decorated by Kirkwood-area businesses and organizations in the lobby of the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center. The kickoff on Saturday, November 21 coincides with the Downtown Kirkwood Holiday Walk and has hot cocoa, coffee and a visit from Santa from 1:00 to 2:00pm. Viewing hours: Saturday, November 21, 10am-4pm; Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm; Saturday, November 28, 10am-4pm; and one hour before and during KPAC performances. Raffle tickets are $5 each online, and you choose which tree or wreath to enter for. The drawing is Friday, December 4 at 2:00pm, and each winner takes the tree home that day. Proceeds go to the Kirkwood Arts Foundation and KirkCare.
