What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked). hcfl.gov renders the event start/end in the viewer's time zone (GMT+8 in this browser), so the structured time is not used; only 'Santa will arrive at 11:30 AM' is printed in body text. Date from the URL and the 2026/12/11 listing.
