About this adventure

Hispanic CRF holds its fifth annual Three Kings Day festival, the Festival de los 3 Reyes, on the grounds of the Hernando County YMCA in Spring Hill a few days after Epiphany. It is a free community celebration of the Latin American holiday: the Three Kings visit to pose for pictures and help hand out toys, and organizers aim to give gifts to the first 800 children, with more than 1,000 gifts collected in all. The afternoon features live music and cultural dance performances, a DJ and emcee, salsa dance lessons, a nativity area, a parranda (a traditional Puerto Rican holiday music session) billed as Hernando's biggest, plus food, cultural vendors and community non-profits. Families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. Arrive early if your children are hoping for one of the toys, since they go to the first kids in line.
