About this adventure
A weekend celebration of insects, arachnids and other creepy crawlies at the Virginia Living Museum. Local community partners set up displays where families get a close look at bugs and learn about wildlife, conservation, field research and caring responsibly for pet invertebrates. It suits both bug fans and children who are still a little nervous about them, and all ages are welcome. Bug-tacular runs both afternoons and is included with regular museum admission, so families can also see the museum's native animals and trails during the visit.
