About this adventure
A Newport News maritime museum whose indoor galleries tell stories of mariners and the sea, including the USS Monitor Center. Museum admission is $1 per person, members are free, and parking throughout the museum and park is free. The Explorers Theater and a For Kids section of the site add family activities. The 550-acre Mariners' Park and its Noland Trail around Mariners' Lake are free.
