About this adventure
The Barter Players from Abingdon's Barter Theatre bring a new holiday musical inspired by the song 'Frosty the Snowman' to the Ferguson Center for the Arts. Catherine Bush's story, with original music by Mandy Williams, follows Billy, a young orphan who finds a magic hat. When he puts it on a snowman, Frosty comes to life, and the two set off on a New York City adventure to find Billy's real family in time for Christmas. The evening show falls on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, a good fit for families with young children. Lobby doors open an hour before showtime.
