Cabin John Ice Rink is Montgomery Parks' year-round indoor rink in Cabin John Regional Park, with daily public skating sessions plus classes and camps for all ages. Its fall–winter public schedule (September 8 through March 31, 2027) has two or three public skates most days: midday and late-afternoon sessions on weekdays, noon and 4 pm sessions on weekends, and evening skates several nights a week. Families with little ones can use the Parent and Tot Skate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday late mornings, where one adult and one tot aged 3–4 skate together with rentals included. Early-morning weekday "Cheapskate" sessions bundle admission and skate rental for one price, and Friday nights bring a Disco Skate. Some sessions are adults-only (18 and over), so check the session type before you go. The rink is closed on Thanksgiving Day (November 26, 2026), and the Saturday late session is dropped on December 12 for the free Winter Ice Show. Tickets are sold per session and per person; a ten-admission discount book is available.
