Birchdale Recreation Center in Dale City runs this holiday cookie decorating night as part of Prince William County's adapted recreation programs for children with disabilities, ages 4 to 10. Kids, with their adults joining in, turn plain cookies into edible art with colorful icing, sprinkles and decorations, and warm up with hot cocoa while they work. Expect some mess. Many food allergies can be accommodated with advance notice, and questions go to program contact Demi Rivera. The fee is $20 and registration is required.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). Browser rendered PWC times in Asia/Shanghai (+13 h after Nov 1); times converted back to Eastern and cross-checked where the body text states hours. Page displayed 'Thursday, December 17, 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM' in browser time; converted to Wed Dec 16, 6–7 p.m. ET (page calls it 'a sweet night'). Times removed at review: the site rendered them in the viewer time zone, so the event-local time is not confirmed.
