Veterans Memorial Park in Woodbridge puts a new spin on a holiday staple with its Holiday Ornament Extravaganza, an ornament-decorating get-together for families. Each registered participant receives five festive holiday ornaments to decorate, so children can make a set for their own tree or to give as gifts. The county lists it for ages 6 months and up, so even babies can join with a parent's help. Registration is through the county's recreation system.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (curl/WebFetch blocked or JS-only). Browser rendered PWC times in Asia/Shanghai (+13 h after Nov 1); times converted back to Eastern and cross-checked where the body text states hours. Page displayed 'Dec 19 11:00 PM - 01:00 AM' in browser time; converted to 10 a.m.–12 p.m. ET. Times removed at review: the site rendered them in the viewer time zone, so the event-local time is not confirmed.
