About this adventure
A one-day camp for school-day-off Monday at the Loudoun County animal shelter, for children 7 to 11. The Feline Friends and Canine Companions theme covers cat and dog care, reading animal body language and basic training, and campers practice positive-reinforcement training alongside the shelter's Fear-Free certified staff. Campers bring a packed lunch and a jacket for outdoor time. Registration is through the county's recreation sign-up system.
