About this adventure
On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, the Children's Museum of Atlanta hosts two young local authors on its CMA Stage. Brothers Kyle and Karter Thomas, ages 10 and 12, read their children's picture book The Magical You: How Do You IMAGINE the Whole Wide World? at 2 p.m. on November 29. The brothers spent many days playing at the museum when they were younger, which makes the reading a nice moment for children to see kids not much older than themselves as published authors. The storytime is part of the museum's special-events program on the stage near the main play areas, so families can catch the reading in the middle of a regular visit. The listing does not mark it as a separately ticketed event, so it appears to be included with museum admission; check the museum's calendar for tickets and timed entry before the holiday weekend.
