About this adventure
Students in Woodstock Arts' Youth Spotlight program stage Finding Nemo Jr., the one-hour young-performer version of the Pixar story with songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez (the writers of Frozen's songs). Marlin and Dory cross the ocean to find Nemo in a bright, costume-heavy show about family and friendship that suits even very young theatergoers: it is rated for all ages and runs about 60 minutes. The cast are local students who auditioned into the program and work with professional directors, so it is also a good show for children thinking about trying theater themselves. Five performances Thursday to Sunday, with 2:30 p.m. weekend matinees; online tickets are a little cheaper than at the door.
