A costume playdate for the library's youngest visitors. Babies up to 18 months old are invited to come dressed in their Halloween costumes and play with their caregivers while the library fills its first-floor meeting room with toys and creative play activities to explore together. It is a come-and-play session rather than a sit-down storytime, running from 9:30 to 11:00 am on the Friday before Halloween, so families can drop in when it suits nap schedules. A nice chance for new parents to meet each other and get costume photos in a relaxed indoor setting.
