Toddler and Preschool Storytimes at Kyle Public Library

About this adventure

Tuesday mornings at Kyle Public Library are for two- to five-year-olds. Toddler Storytime (24–36 months) at 9:45 a.m. invites toddlers and caregivers into interactive stories, songs, rhymes and play. Preschool Storytime (3–5 years) follows at 10:30 a.m. and builds early literacy through reading, talking, singing, playing and simple writing activities that encourage emerging language skills. Both end with a short free-play time so children can play together while caregivers chat. Caregivers are encouraged to join in, and siblings are welcome. Each storytime is limited to the first 50 people. For Spanish-speaking or bilingual families, the library also runs a bilingual English–Spanish storytime for ages 3–5 on Thursdays at 9:45 a.m.
