Participants gather bicycles, tricycles, scooters, skates, wheelchairs, golf carts, wagons or walking shoes at the Live Oak Golf Course driving range and 'fly' about one mile down Lakeway Drive to City Hall in a costume parade, while spectators line the route to catch candy. A free carnival follows in the Lakeway City Hall parking lot with a Velcro wall, euro-bungee, 360 photo booth, sports toss, a movie and food vendors.
