Linthicum Library throws a New Year's Eve party timed for little ones: preschoolers dance and sing in the new year and count down to 12 noon, well before naptime. The hour-long program in the community meeting room is listed for preschool ages 0–5, so it is ideal for toddlers and their caregivers who will be asleep long before midnight. Expect music, movement and a group countdown at noon. Other Anne Arundel branches hold their own noon countdowns the same morning, including Broadneck and Severna Park; Linthicum's version is the dance-party format. No registration is shown in the library feed.
