About this adventure

Howard County Library System's Miller Branch offers a half-hour sensory-friendly storytime for 3- to 5-year-olds and their grown-ups on occasional Monday mornings. Children of all abilities are welcome, and the library describes the class as supportive and judgment-free: a small group with stories, music and movement, so children who find big storytimes overwhelming can join in comfortably. It meets in the Miller Children's Classroom. Registration is required and opens about a week ahead (the January session opens December 28). Savage Branch adds a similar 'Sensory Friendly Stories & Fun' session in late January.
